2020 Fender Custom Shop Vintage Custom 1951 P-Bass
Excellent, like new condition.
2 piece select ash slab-style body finished in nocaster blonde, flash-coat lacquer finish that lets the instrument breathe more organically and shows some of the natural grain through the finish, straight grained tinted quartersawn maple neck with a 7.25″ fingerboard radius, '51 U shape neck, 34" scale length.
The bass plays and sounds amazing!
The bass is all original except for the bridge saddles. They were upgraded from the fiber saddles to aged brass saddles. They were expensive (over 0) and hard to source, but well worth it! The bridge plate is original. Comes with COA, shop floor traveler (build sheet), CS strap and original hard shell tweed case and keys.
Please note, that I do not have the bridge and pickup covers, thumb rest, nor the fiber saddles.
The bass was purchased new in October 2020 from an authorized Fender Custom Shop dealer and it is registered with the Fender Custom Shop. Only played a few times at home, the bass is in mint condition and as close as it gets to new. Absolutely no wear.
