Sanyo M9994 Boombox (Vintage, AM/FM, Cassette player, Rare, 1978)

Description

This box was completely disassembled and cleaned.
Every part that could be washed with soap and water has been.
There is absolutely no dust, dirt or bugs inside of this box.
All top switches and knobs have been cleaned, deoxed and are working.
The cassette player belts have been replaced, the motor speed adjusted and all of its functions are working.
8 capacitors were replaced including the 2 tweeter caps which were replaced with polypropylene instead of the stock electrolytic capacitors.
Green LEDs were added to the tuner and meters and work with the original button.
The line in function works.
Both AM & FM bands are working.
The headphone jack is working.
I verified that it works on batteries.
The included cord is in great condition.
Both antennas are straight and extend and retract fully.
Other than what I've described above, I didn't verify if any other inputs, outputs or functions are working and can't guarantee that they will.
The exterior is in very good cosmetic condition with the worst being scratches in the trim piece over the bass knob.
All switch, knob and button finishes are in great condition.
Finding one in this condition is very rare.
I'll ship to the lower 48 states only with tracking and insurance asap after payment is received.

I'm using UPS ground because the USPS hasn't been reliable lately and I wouldn't trust them with this.
