I usually offer a bunch of pictures to enable you to see exactly what you’re getting. If there are obvious flaws I do my best to point them out. If you receive something in the mail and it’s obvious to anyone that I haven’t described it or the pictures don’t capture the item properly, I will gladly refund your money (less return postage) if you email within 24 hours of receipt of item and let me know.
