A great player's grade, true vintage Jazz Bass offering wonderful tone & feel. The body was refinished, the neck refretted & oversprayed. The pickups are modern Fender Samarium Cobalt Noiseless (SCN) with newer pots. Professionally set up & ready to play upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Various little nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches & some mild finish wear.
Neck: Maple neck with cream binding & black side-dots. Maple fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. There's a tiny crack in the in the fingerboard near the nut, but this does not affect playability. Professionally refretted & the frets show no wear. Fender open-gear tuners work perfectly. Bullet truss rod & single string tree. 1 1/2" nut width; 34" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solidbody refinished in black. Top-loading bridge with four adjustable "barrel" saddles. Unoriginal 4-ply tortoise pickguard. Bass weighs 10 lbs 0.4 oz.
Electronics: Fender SCN Jazz Bass pickups. Dual volume & master tone controls with unoriginal knobs & pots. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Fender hardshell case included.
