6) How does the Shipping Special work? Our Shipping Special allows you to save money by purchasing more than one item from us. For example, if you purchase Item A with a shipping fee and Item B with a shipping fee, we will only charge you (ie. (highest shipping fee) + (per additional lot won)). In this instance, you save . Returns Information
We offer free shipping on most all of our items and pay for return shipping if you need to make a return regardless of the reason.
In cases where we have sent the wrong item, please accept our apologies and we will issue a return label through eBay and refund in full as soon as received.
In all other cases of return (e.g. wrong size, changed mind, just don't like, don't need, etc.), we still pay for the return shipping cost and will issue a return label through eBay and refund as soon as received.
In these cases, we deduct a 20% return fee to help offset the cost of double shipping, the merchant return fee, staff and supplies, etc.  It is always a loss for us when we take a return and this fee enables us to continue to sell here and offer free shipping.
